GetLastError: The system could not find the file specified "<C:\InstallDir>\webinstall\webclient\web_image\autorun.inf"
Installation fails at 46%
Installation process quits once the error is cleared
User has full access to the installation folder
Install log C:\WINDOWS\oesetup.log contains:

CAUSE:
AntiVirus software prevents *.INF files from being created.
FIX:
Temporarily deactivate Antiviral software, install and reactivate Antiviral software.
