Bug# OE00186844
CAUSE:
Progress.ssl.dll assembly is not a pure .NET assembly and has mixed managed code.
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.2A02 or later.
Since 10.A02 the Progress.ssl.dll assembly is a pure .NET assembly.
