How to tell kernel performance on Sinix OS
If you have a Siemens system running sinix unix (v.4 compatible)
and want to check not only the settings of the kernel parameters
but also the percentage that they are being used then you can run
the command "tunestat".
For example, from the command line type:
tunestat
I believe that this script is not 100% accurate but gives an idea
of how your kernel parameters are being utilised. If one or more
of your kernel parameters are reaching 100% then you will need to
adjust accordingly.
