Same Auditarchive command succeeds if specifying -nodelete
CAUSE:
Database collation is set for ICA-UCA. This requires specifying -cpinternal UTF-8 on the command line.
FIX:
For an ICU-UCA collation database, you must specify the -cpinternal UTF-8 parameter on the auditarchive command line when not using the -nodelete option.
