OpenEdge version 10.2A 32 bit client (Port Number: 31) is connecting to database in single user mode with -1 startup parameter

FIX:
The sports, sports2000 as well as the empty databases are the same on Windows regardless if the 32 bit version of OpenEdge version 10.2A or the 64 bit version is used so single user connections using the -1 startup parameter work as expected. Example:
