GUI client crashes on Terminal Server when client is idle
Progress client crashes after being idle for a period of time
Progress client crashes with errors similar to:
Faulting application _xxxx.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module snbd12dm.dll, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0004a9ad.
Faulting application _xxxx.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module prow3.dll, version 0.0.0.0, fault address <addr>.

CAUSE:
The network has been disconnected between the clients and the database after a certain period of idle time.
FIX:
Load balancing software / hardware that balances load between multiple Terminal Servers, and/or the firewall between the Terminal Server machine and the database machine can sometimes have settings that include an idle timeout for network ports.
Review the documentation for your load balancing or firewall components to ensure that idle timeout settings are either disabled or set to more appropriate levels.
