Database fails to start from Progress Explorer when started in Cluster mode.
Database remains on starting status, then times out.
Startup of database <database> timed out. (JUNMsg022)
FACT(s) (Environment):

OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
Database properties "Start this Database in Cluster mode" option is checked for a configuration that is not cluster enabled.
FIX:
Uncheck "Start this Database in Cluster mode" option and restart database.
