FIX:

This DataServer error is implemented specifically for the case of a communication link failure between the ABL DataServer component and the MS SQL Server database. There are no other conditions that would make this error occur. The message simply informs the user of the link failure in a controlled way. The application is recycled, prevented from hanging and its resources and transactions are cleaned up and rolled back in response to the MS SQL Server link failure.

If this error happens very often, contact Microsoft to resolve the [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Communication link failure issues between the ODBC client and the MS SQL Server.

If this error causes by a specific SAN utility feature, contact the vendor of the SAN software provider to resolve this issue.
