Array subscript <index> element is missing. (2716)
Schema holder does not match database schema -- file field . (1461)
FACT(s) (Environment):
The delta files are generated using "Delta SQL Progress to Oracle" utility
All Supported Operating Systems
Progress 9.1D
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
The errors are not seen in Progress 9.1E and above
