FIX:
Change or set the Directory Path by:
1. Click Start/Programs /OpenEdge/ Proxy Generator.
2. Click File from the Menu Bar and then select "Open" if an existing project or "New" if not.
3. Click on the Triangle Icon Button in the tool bar and a "Generate Proxies for <AppObject-Name>" window will appear.
If New was selected the Triangle Icon will not be active until the New AppObject is saved,
3. The General Tab has a text box named "Output Dir" where the output directory path can be set.
