Architect fails to start with error "An error has occurred. See the log file"
There are no spaces in the OpenEdge install directory name.
"An error has occurred . See the log file"
"C:\msoft\dlc102a\oeide\eclipse\configuration\256133039142.log"
The 256133039142.log file includes the errors:

FACT(s) (Environment):

OpenEdge 10.2x
CAUSE:
This is an installation problem. The 10.2x product has been re-installed on top of a previous 10.2x version without uninstalling the previous version first. This was done to install the Ultragrid controls.
FIX:
Uninstall the product and then install 10.2x from scratch including the Ultra controls.
