Incorrect or negative figures in dbanalys
CAUSE:
The index block summary section of dbanalys may give incorrect output results when dealing with large values within the database.
The reason is that some calculations in dbanalys may overflow and yield wrong results.
Invalid values on the following DB Analysis report include (but are not necessarily limited to) the total and summary section of the INDEX SUMMARY section of the report, for example:
Totals: 4022696 2321034k 59.3 -2.2
4022696 index block(s) found in the database.
-47.-87% of the index block space is used.
4443689 index blocks found in the db
-1199.0% of the index block space is used.
This is a Progress bug.
FIX:
Upgrade to version 9.0A or later.
