Errors in the Admserv.log file indicate resource is enabled then disabled

FACT(s) (Environment):
Database is added through the Database Migration utility
Using a .pf file when migrating the db resource

CAUSE:
The .pf file has minport/maxport values exceeding 32767
FIX:
Change the value of the minport and maxport settings to a number lower than 32767.
