SYMPTOM(s):
When using the GRID-VISIBLE attribute in conjunction with Virtual Height settings that are larger than the View-Port of a frame, the grid starts to degrade as you scroll down and comes back upon scrolling back to the viewport.
FIX:
This workaround only applies if you are using a window, not a Dialog box.
Increase the virtual height/width of the window instead of the frame, then increase the actual height/width of the frame.
