CAUSE:
Installed 10.1C 64 OpenEdge Management on a Windows 64-bit machine that has OpenEdge 10.1C 32-bit installed on it.
FIX:
If installing OpenEdge Management, you want to install either 32-bit or 64-bit depending upon which OpenEdge Installation you have installed on the same machine. Install the same bit version for each OpenEdge installation. Example: If installing Installing OpenEdge 10.1C 32-bit on a machine, then OpenEdge Management should also be a 32 -bit. If installing OpenEdge 10.1C 64-bit on a machine, then the OpenEdge Management should also be 64-bit
