Getting error 132 when pulling a tables from DB2/400 using IBM Client Access ODBC driver

**s_ttb_idf already exists with 1.(132)
**s_ttb_idf already exists with 2.(132)
**s_ttb_idf already exists with 3.(132)
FACT(s) (Environment):
The above errors are coming twice in a row which is a total of 6 times
The logical/index contains three columns/fields

CAUSE:
On the OS/400, a total of three same logical exist on three different libraries for the same table - one on the same library as the physical file location and other two logicals are on two different libraries. When the table is being pulled those two extra logicals are also being accessed by table along with the one that exists on the same library. Therefore, the error 132 is apparent twice in a row for 6 times for each of the field for two same logicals.
FIX:
Remove the extra logicals that are associated to the table
