OpenEdge Architect Debugger cannot connect to OpenEdge AVM
Error is displayed when trying to launch the Debugger
Debugger could not connect to OpenEdge AVM
The Debugger might work after clicking multiple times on the Debugger icon
FACT(s) (Environment):
The problem is observed with all kind of files (.p, .cls,...)

CAUSE:
Connection time-out for the Debugger was set too low.
FIX:
Set the time-out to a higher value. The default is 20000.
This property can be changed under Window --> Preferences --> OpenEdge Architect --> Debug --> Connection time-out (ms)
