SYMPTOM(s):
Installing OpenEdge
Progress installation directory is greyed out
Destination path is greyed out
Cannot change destination path
Reinstalling does not fix it
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
There are registry entries that contain another DLC path for the version you are installing.
FIX:
1. Manually remove the OpenEdge installation as per the solution referenced below.
2. A. Backup the registry
B. Search the registry for the OpenEdge version you are installing (for example 10.0B)
C. Delete any registry iniformation for that version
