Kbase 18600: Roundtable - New Partner-Site Load Does Not Load Objects

Roundtable -- When you load a partner-site for the first time, you are prompted for a workspace name. You must name this "load" workspace exactly the same as the name of the "dump/deploy" workspace in the master repository. If you type a different name, the partner-site load will not load any objects into the workspace (you are loading objects that belong to a different workspace than the one you specified).
