Connection to the primary DB is successfully made, but it is not possible to connect to any secondary DB
Error reading properties file, auxiliary DB's not connected
Datadirect error >> OpenEdge JDBC Driver catalogue name.... is unknown catalog (13693)

All DB's have the same codepage
cpcase is set to BASIC
CAUSE:
<db>.oesql.properties was created in a Windows text editor
FIX:
Re-create the properties file in a Linux editor
