Data collection error for database resource: <database resource name> (10232)
AdminServer log shows error 12109
Unable to retrieve statistics for database <database name>. Error: <error message> (12109)
Unable to retrieve statistics for database <dbname>. Error: java.lang.NegativeArraySizeException (12109)
Database shows no PID in OE Management console
FACT(s) (Environment):
Monitoring databases that was previously 10.1B or earlier and were migrated to 10.1C without a dump and load.

OpenEdge Management 3.1C 32-bit
OpenEdge Management 3.1C 64-bit
CAUSE:
Monitored databases is missing VST schema expected by the dbagent in OpenEdge 10.1C.
FIX:
Stop the databases and run the following command:
proutil dbname -C updatevst
Restart the databases and their dbagents.
