Cannot check out object '<object-name>'.
You do not have write permission in /.
read-only attribute in Windows Folder can't be unchecked
FACT(s) (Environment):
All files in directory have all permissions
Users have all permissions on folder and files
Windows Server 2003

CAUSE:
Folder have read-only attribute checked.
FIX:
Remove read-only attribute using Attrib command at a command prompt.
