Cannot start OpenEdge Explorer in virtualized Windows 2008 environment
Executing fathom -start results in the following error: "failure java.net.SocketException: Unrecognized Windows Sockets error: 0: JVM_Bind"

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00191120
FIX:
The following two workarounds have been reported to be successful: 1. Add the following line to the fathom.properties [WebServer] section: httpenabled=true 2. Restart the AdminService, the OpenEdge Explorer will restart successfully again.
