Lan Fast Path LFPWIN executable errors and causes
The following error message is generated when IBM LAN Support Drivers
(the DXMAOMOD, etc.) are not at the proper revision level.
Cannot Install LfpWin : Cannot find LSP entry point
To resolve this issue, obtain and install V1.26 or greater of IBM LAN
Support program.
