FACT(s) (Environment):
OpenEdge Studio license is installed

CHANGE:
Upgraded from Progress version 9 to OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
Multiple clipboards accessed by pressing CTRL+ALT+V were a feature of the SlickEdit product embedded in the Procedure Editor in Version 9. While this feature worked in the v9 Procedure editor, it was never documented by Progress. Multiple clipboards are not included in the version of SlickEdit included with OpenEdge 10
