Fathom WebServer started. (10145)
Starting the Task Scheduler with 20 threads.
RAMJobStore initialized.
Quartz scheduler 'FathomTaskScheduler' initialized from an externally provided properties instance.
Quartz scheduler version: 1.3.2
Scheduler FathomTaskScheduler_$_Common started.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00183484
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.2A03 or 10.2B where this issue has been fixed.
Although the Task Scheduler is intiated when OpenEdge Explorer is installed, it cannot be used. Task Scheduling is only available in the OpenEdge Management product.
