CAUSE:
Bug# OE00167051
CAUSE:
From 10.1C, it is possible to install OpenEdge products by loading a License Addendum file that contains the serial numbers and control codes, avoiding the need to input these values manually. This does not work when using a License Addendum file containing PSDN licenses.
FIX:
Input control codes and serial number manually
