FIX:
To load a specific .ini file in OE Architect, please follow these steps:
1. Open OE Architect
2. In the menu Windows, select Preferences
3. Select OpenEdgeArchitect --> Startup
4. In the Default startup parameters, add the following line:
-basekey ini -ininame <filename>.ini
