-userwidgetid string is copied from Progress Help to the proenv session

Bug# OE00157605
CAUSE:
This is expected behavior. The problem is related to the Windows copy and paste mechanism, not related to Progress.
FIX:
Instead of copying the -usewidgetid string from Progress Help, type -usewidgetid.
