CTOS-ISAM bug 92-05-19-015: Error 1422
The following issue occurs when your schema holder is connected to a
PROGRESS database and a CTOS-ISAM database.
If you run a procedure that deletes all records in a file, reads the
records from another database and reloads them, PROGRESS generates the
following error message the second time through the procedure loop.
"SYSTEM ERROR: Index for recid could not be deleted (1422)"
Workaround: 1) Create a variable that holds the value of the ISAM
database field.
2) Assign the PROGRESS database field equal to the
variable.
This issue is fixed in Version 6.2L.
