SYMPTOM(s):
Database will not allow more than 1 client per server when started thru AdminServer.
dbconfig run against conmgr.properties shows no syntax errors.
Database started from command line allows more than 1 client per server.
admserv.log indicates AdminServer issued command to allow only 1 client per server.
conmgr.properties configuration is set for maximum 3 clients per server.
CHANGE:
Migrated from version 9 to 10.
CAUSE:
conmgr.properties file is corrupt.
FIX:
Shutdown the AdminServer.
Rename the conmgr.properties file in $DLC/properties directory.
Restart the AdminServer and it will create a new clean conmgr.properties file.
