CAUSE:
The PROMSGS environment variable is pointing to a PROMSGS file of a version different than the version in use. In this scenario, the wrong error messages may be displayed.
FIX:
Ensure that the PROMSGS environment variable is pointing to the PROMSGS file of the currently running version.
