SYMPTOM(s):
The Web Services Adapter returns an error when deploying a WSM file which has been generated in a newer OpenEdge version of ProxyGen
A WSM file generated through ProxyGen cannot be deployed through a Web Services Adapter which is of an older version than ProxyGen
A WSM file generated in OpenEdge 10.1C04 cannot be deployed in OpenEdge 10.1C03
Fails to parse the WSM entered. File doesn't contain valid WSM contents.
Deploy cannot proceed.

CAUSE:
The Web Service Adapter (WSA) is only backward-compatible with WSM files.
FIX:
Generate the WSM file in the same OpenEdge version as the WSA, or generate it in a previous minor version. After this you will be able to deploy the Web Service.
