Actuate and sorting foreign characters
WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS:

If you try to sort special 8bit characters, like the Swedish o with
umlauts, Actuate will sort them according to the ASCII table.
That is not the correct sorting.
PROCEDURAL APPROACH:
====================
You can set the -cpcoll in the .pf file you use for the OIB
(Open Interface Broker) for example:
-cpcoll Swedish
This will give a correct sorting in Actuate.
