Reviewed certificate issuer and subject for two certificates and issuer and subject identical.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Using load balancing device to perform round robin distribution of work between two machines.
Both machines have same IP addres.

Progress/OpenEdge Product Family
CAUSE:
The fields used for calculation of the hash value used by the Progress / OpenEdge SSL does not expect two machines to use the same IP.
FIX:
This is not a currently supported configuration.
