4GL/ABL: Focus rectangle does not appear when navigating controls with the keyboard on Vista
When keyboard is used to navigate between controls and DATA-ENTRY-RETURN is TRUE the focus rectangles are not turned on as expected.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00190954
FIX:
None at this time. A workaround is to change the Vista control panel setting so that focus rectangles are always turned on. This is a global setting, so it affects every application you run.
To change the setting, open the Ease of Access Center in the control panel. Choose "Make the keyboard easier to use" and check "Underline keyboard shortcuts and access keys".
