Kbase 18573: 64-bit Sun Solaris 7 may cause error (1083)

SUMMARY:
Customers running Progress versions on 64-bit Solaris 7 might experience the following error:
SYSTEM ERROR: Number of private slots in segment table exhausted(1083)
This error may be reproduced when trying to create a new database via the prodb command and if a customer is able to get by these two issues additional problems will be experienced when trying to connect to a database or starting a server for the database.
SOLUTION:
Please review the required Sun Solaris patches shown in Knowledge Base Solution 19538.
