FIX:
The sqlschema does not have the ability to create an "incremental .dfsql" file.
The current sqlschema does not support such a capability.
Currently, the only way is to manually compose an "incremental .dfsql".
Use sqlschema to dump the schema from an old and a new database and then compare the two .dfsql files, creating Alter and/or Create sql statements as needed.
