JVM update incompatible with WebSpeed 2.1 Query Builder
WebSpeed 2.1 on NT 4.0 (SP4) is not compatible with the JVM update in
MS Internet Explorer v4.0; specific MS IE v4 tested = 4.72.3110.8.
This incompatibility blocks the completion of defining a query with
the Query Builder.
NOTE: This behavior is NOT seen with: Netscape Communicator 4.5
