Compiling a certain procedure using generates "SYSTEM ERROR: Memory violation. (49)" if the compilation is attempted on Linuxx86 64-bit platform, or Access violation on Windows

Access violation when compiling ABL code.
Access violation when doing a syntax check against ABL code.
