Unable to select source container in Distribute Resource Properties screen
No containers are listing in the Option -> User Preferences -> Distribute Resource Properties page.

Using InterNet Explorer 7 (IE 7) browser to access the OE Management Browser.

CAUSE:
Known issue. OE Management page is not properly loading in IE 7
FIX:
No fix at this time. As a workaround, use FireFox or Mozilla Browser.
