SDO with join query fails to delete parent record if child records are deleted in DeleteBeginTransValidate hook procedure
Child table of the query is part of SDO's NoLockReadOnlyTables
The following error occurs when deleting a row from the SDO:
The database record does not exist or is locked by another user.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Due to transaction scope, delete of the child records is undone.
