SYMPTOM(s):
Progress is terminating when printing
The GPF is caused by the DLL HPZUI4WM.DLL
New HP printer was recently added to the server
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.x

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Reinstall or update HP printer drivers by doing the following steps:
- From the C: prompt run cscript %windir%\system32\prndrvr.vbs -l |findstr /I /C:"hpzui4wm.dll" /C:"Driver name"
- Make a note of which drivers use HPZUI4WM.DLL
- Change the printer driver for each printer that uses HPZUI4WM.DLL to the Generic Text Only printer driver
- Remove the printer drivers that use HPZUI4WM.DLL
- Install the latest version of each printer driver that uses HPZUI4WM.DLL
- Change the printer driver for each printer that uses HPZUI4WM.DLL back to the appropriate printer driver from the Generic Text Only printer driver
