The Progress Explorer is used from Windows 2003 with 32-bit OE10.1B

CAUSE:
The version mismatch between OE10.2A on 64-bit windows 2008 machine vs. OE10.1B on 32-bit Windows 2003 machine
FIX:
Install OE10.2A on the Windows 2003 machine to use progress Explorer to configure and maintain the Web Services adapter on the Windows 2008 64-bit machine
