SYMPTOM(s):
Progress session crashes calling Crystal RDC SelectPrinter method and printing to a Xetafax device
Failure occurs when calling Crystal's SelectPrinter method to print via Xetafax
FACT(s) (Environment):
Problem does not occur when printing to another printer
Problem did not occur with Crystal Reports 9 RDC
Problem only occurs on machines running Crystal RDC only, built from Crystal Reports XI R2 SP4 modules
Problem does not occur on machines running full version of Crystal Reports XI R2 SP5
SelectPrinter method is used in the code to choose a printer to be used by the Crystal ActiveX

CHANGE:
Upgraded to Crystal Reports XI R2 SP4
CAUSE:
Problem appears to have been caused by a bug in the Crystal RDC. The crash no longer occurs after applying Service Pack 5 for Crystal Reports XI R2.
FIX:
Apply Service Pack 5 for Crystal Reports XI R2
Rebuild Crystal RDC installer using the updated files
Re-deploy Crystal RDC
