Cannot write a question mark to XML
Question mark become unknown value when using WRITE-XML
There is a difference in how is processed the question mark and unknown value in WRITE/READ-XML methods.
WRITE-XML and READ-XML don't write and read consistently the question mark
Question mark is transformed to unknown value when the character is written and read afterwards using WRITE-XML and READ-XML
