SYMPTOM(s):
Adding Database Extent online doesn't work when users use setgid bit on the calling script to access to the database
Message shown when trying to add extent online: There exist connections to the database which will have problems opening newly added extents.
Adding database extents with the following command: prostrct addonline db db.st
FACT(s) (Environment):
OS User accessing the database doesn't have permission to access database files
User access the Database via a script
Database extents created online have same file permissions as current database extents

Bug# OE00175730
CAUSE:
Storage Engine needs to check on the Group ID that is maintained by a client and not just on its real Group ID
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.1C04
