CHANGE:
Installed OpenEdge 10.1C on the same machine that has Progress 9.1E already installed.
CAUSE:
The system environment variables has the DLC variable pointing to the Progress 9.1E installation directory.
FIX:
To use the OpenEdge 10.1C ProxyGen, either remove the DLC environment variable from the system environment variables or redefine it to point to the OpenEdge 10.1C installation directory.
