FIX:
The installation process for making use of a license addendum file on UNIX is documented in the OpenEdge Getting Started: Installation and Configuration Guide in the chapter dealing with: Using an electronic license addendum file. The general steps are:
1. On the Product Configuration Data page, press CTRL+A to display the License Addendum File page.
2. In the License Addendum File field, enter the name and path of the License Addendum file.
3. Then press enter.
At the bottom of the screen you will see a message that states that the Control Numbers have been confirmed and accepted.
4. Press CTRL + E to continue with the installation.
