Progress Explorer fails to restart after stopping it.
Unable to access Progress explorer once auto connect was selected.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Made unsupported registry change to allow the use of Progress Explorer on Windows 2008 server

CHANGE:
Checked off the box to connect to the server on startup.
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Find a file called proexp11 on the the Windows 2008 x64 server in C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\MMC. Rename it to proexp11.save. Right-click on the Progress Explorer icon and select run as administrator.
